Nutcracker. Not a fairy tale

11-12 March, Wen-Thu, 19:00

29-30 March, Sun-Mon, 19:00

Dance performance, premiere, 12+

In the new interpretation of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's legendary music, the choreographer-director and the team of authors depart from the usual understanding of the well-known ballet plot as a children's-family and completely fairy-tale one. There will be no Hoffmann characters here: this is a story almost about our contemporaries, ordinary people with their inherent worries and anxieties, with the naivety of youth, the disappointments of growing up, and the newfound hope.

Everything, that is after

10 June, Wen, 19:00

Dance performance
1 h. 50 min., with 1 interm., 16+

Reverse metamorphosis: a biobot gains a soul. A dance performance by Olga Labovkina, one of the most prominent choreographers of Russian contemporary dance. Unexpectedly and uncharacteristically for this short format, it is divided into two acts, but this is absolutely justified, because the two acts represent two different worlds.
